Fee Structure

PetroExhange.com earns revenue via the generation of fees from each transaction. The initiator of a transaction can select the party of responsibility for the transaction fee. With many exchanges, the Buyer is always responsible for the transaction fees. With PetroExchange.com, fees can be borne by either Buyer or Seller, or spilt between the two parties.

Everyone knows up front. You enter the deal under your terms. In cases of Seller responsibility or Split responsibility, only the Seller who was selected by the Buyer would be charged the applicable fee. All other Sellers that responded to the RFQ and did not get selected would not be charged since they were not the successful respondent.

The cost to maintain Marketing and Purchasing staff are substantial. Regular use of PetroExchange.com helps manage these cost. Subscribing to PetroExchange.com notification options allows Participants manage large volumes of transactions economically and efficiently.

The Fee Structure is shown above. It is subject to change upon notification broadcast via established methods that include but are not limited to email and publication of notice on this website.
